I tried this for about two weeks hoping it would give me a little extra push, but my stamina felt exactly the same. My workouts still dragged, and it actually added some unexpected stress because I kept waiting for results that never showed up...

I stuck with it for a few weeks, hoping I’d see some kind of change. But not much happened. Not awful or anything. Just kind of a letdown
